I went over to my parents house this afternoon and changed the oil in Meaghan’s Accord for the last time. She gets a freakin’ sweet 2000 Subaru Impreza, with a manual transmission.

Seriously, I don’t see a J in the word “Orange.”

I tore my old iPod apart a while back, and it’s just been sitting in my room ever since.

Previously, the hard drive had stopped spinning. However, with a little “love tap,” the hard drive came back to life. All it needs now is a new battery (~$5 bucks on Amazon.com?) and it’ll be good to go!

Too bad I already replaced it with a 160gb iPod Classic 7th Gen.

Meaghan and I went to Nutty’s North tonight for a concert including Welcome to the Cinema, Colt Cockers, We All Have Hooks For Hands, and Tapes n’ Tapes.

Apparently Welcome to the Cinema is only playing a few more shows. I am saddened, because they are pretty darn awesome.

The other night I went to the Sunshine grocery store on 10th and Kiwanis to grab a few things. The store was recently purchased by Hy-Vee and will soon be shut down for renovation.

It was a little strange walking through the store as the shelves were nearly empty. Because of this, I made sure to stock up on some of my favorite ingredients from the hispanic foods section.

While sorting through some old stuff the other day, I ran across this watch. I’m pretty sure it was from when I was in middle school, because it won’t even fit around four of my fingers. I guess I had super skinny wrists!
